Billing and plan questions
No. The Starter plan is completely free with no card required. The Pro 7-day trial also does not require a card upfront. You are only asked for payment information when you decide to continue past the trial.
New PRs submitted past the monthly limit are received but not graded until the next billing cycle, or until you upgrade to Pro. You are notified in the dashboard and by email before the limit is reached.
Yes. Pro is billed monthly or annually. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period. Annual plans do not carry a cancellation fee. When you cancel, you revert to the Starter plan and keep access to your concept map history.
Annual billing is charged as a single payment of $249 at the start of your billing year. That is equivalent to $20.75 per month, saving you 28% compared to monthly billing at $29. Renewal is automatic unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Team is billed per active seat at $19 per seat per month, with a 5-seat minimum. Seats can be added or removed at any time. Billing adjusts pro-rata at the next monthly cycle. Annual Team billing is available on request.
Yes. Your concept map, PR history, and lesson progress are retained indefinitely regardless of plan. If you downgrade to Starter, your map is read-only until the monthly PR count allows new grading. Nothing is deleted.
